As a family business its management team has been behind the company’s many decisions and developments since its conception. The team also provides invaluable perspective and guidance as the company faces new challenges, each of which contributes to building a better future for the company.

John Magro, Managing Director, is the founder of Asfaltar Ltd with more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry.

Paul Magro, Director, joined Asfaltar Ltd in 1990. He was appointed Works Manager in 1997. Mr. Magro has eighteen years of experience within the construction industry in Malta, including over eleven years in senior management positions. Today responsibilities include the management of projects.

Ian Magro, Director, joined Asfaltar Ltd in 1996. He was appointed Plant Manager in 2001. Today his responsibilities include the administration and management of material production.
